When you booked, we sent a confirmation containing a private link to your appointment. Open that link to view, reschedule or cancel.
Cannot find it?
- Search your inbox for Xtheory or your booking reference, which begins XT-.
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Get in touch and we will help you directly.
We do not offer lookup by email address here. The link is what keeps your appointment details private, so anyone able to look a booking up with just an email would defeat that.
